*Before we can start any plan, an initial Assessment is necessary*

Initial Assessment cost.....$25:
* $20 if you have not used your one time free In-body scan.
 
Includes the following:

- In-body Scan & Evaluation of results.

- Macronutrients Calculation & Worksheet.

- Plan and Supplement Recommendation.

- Personal Health assessment

 

During the Initial Assessment, we will present you with a range of available plans to choose from. Don't worry if you're unsure at that moment – you're not required to make a selection right away. The data and numbers gathered during the assessment can be utilized for any plan for up to three weeks following the assessment. However, if your timeline extends beyond that period, we highly recommend scheduling another assessment. This will enable us to accurately tailor your nutrition plan to your evolving needs and ensure continued progress towards your goals. Your satisfaction and success are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing you with the most effective and personalized approach to achieve optimal results.

This plan is specifically designed for self-driven individuals who are experienced in their fitness journey and do not require constant coaching. Whether you prefer to take the reins and try it on your own first or you simply thrive with a more independent approach, we are here to equip you with the essential knowledge and tools needed to successfully complete your Nutrition Plan. Includes:

- Personalized Nutrition Plan,
*Plan adjustments during current plan will have a $15 charge.
 
- Personalize Meal Plan Menu,
*Any changes on menu for current plan will have a $15 charge. 

- Macronutrient Distribution tailored to your specific health goals.

- One Free In-Body Scan and Discounted follow up scans until goal is meet or plan is over.

* Standard In-Body Scan $15.99, Discounted scans $10.

- Nutrition timing, Know what to eat, when to eat it.
